Daily Merchant Rates

  • Fall to Spring Rates (September 27 - May 31)

    Space Size: 10' x 30'

    Space Cost: $30.00 + tax

    Electricity (Optional): $8.00

    Notes: There are no "Weekend Rates." If you wish to sell for a weekend then you will be charged for two daily rates. You are expected to be ready to sell by 7:30am and close down at 4:00pm. Opening late or Closing early will result in a $25 additional charge! Please arrive and close on time!

  • Summer Rates (June 1 - September 26)

    Space Size: 10' x 30'

    Space Cost: $26.00 + tax

    Electricity (Optional): $8.00

Help Center

  • Do you plan on selling food items and/or handing out samples?

    You will need a Maricopa County Food Permit and a $2 million dollars of liability insurance listing Mesa Market Place Swap Meet AZ as secondary insured.

    Food products cannot be prepared on site. All food product sales must be approved by Mesa Market Management prior to negotiating any rental agreements.

  • Liability Insurance Information

    If you plan on demonstrating your product or providing other services to the public, be sure to discuss your services with a Mesa Market Management Leasing Agent.

    Mesa Market Place Swap Meet AZ will need to be listed as an additional insured.

  • Sales and Tax License Information

    Daily Merchants must have a State of Arizona Sales and Use Tax License on file with Mesa Market Place.
